I found Natalie very accommodating and understanding with regards to my specific wants and needs for my retail tourist/gift shop operation She was able to use her expertise and vast knowledge from past retail projects and suggest specific ideas which were realistic and affordable for my store and not just a blanket solution.

Due to seasonal time constraints I have been only able to implement 50% of the ideas in the binder, but I have already experienced significant sales increases at the tills! Of course, that was my ultimate goal and should be of any retailer.

This was achieved with a minimum investment as I was able to use my existing fixtures and POS system. I can't wait to complete the ideas to fully reap the benefits of her suggestions.
