Kevin Lau
graduated as an A student from John Casablanca's Fashion Merchandising
and Retail Sales Programs, Kevin's entry into the visual merchandising
field began successfully. He worked with several retailers not only in
display merchandising but also in purchasing and marketing. This led to
his being part of Eaton's Vancouver Downtown merchandising team for
several years. Kevin's strengths lie not only in the high standards of
display execution but also in his ability to effectively merchandise
fashion apparel, accessories, toys, jewellery, home fashions and feature
displays. He brings a solid background in retailing and we are indeed

Fala Chien is a dynamic designer, whose heart is in visual
merchandising and fashion design. She has worked in both fields for the
past 7 years, while at the same time continuing to learn and acquire new
skills. Well educated, Fala is a graduate of visual display, graphic,
interior and fashion design. She also completed a Fashion Business and
Creative Arts diploma in 2007. Aside from English, she can converse in
Mandarin and Cantonese. The value she brings to the Retail Excellence
team is tremendous!
Ivy Leung is a Art History graduate with a minor in Japanese from
UBC who found her passion in visual merchandising. Not satisfied with
her degree, she recently completed the Fashion Merchandising Diploma to
provide her with a more hands-on approach to effective display
strategies. Her 5 years in the retail and visual merchandising field
provides Ivy with the necessary skills to be a successful Retail
Excellence team member. Cassie Leung
has been involved in the retail
industry for over 8 years. Although her first love is visual
merchandising, she has worked in various aspects of retailing- sales,
management, operations and purchasing. She has devoted the past couple
of years to developing and carrying out the visual merchandising program
for the award winning Whistler Blackcomb Retail Division. Cassie joined
the Retail Excellence team in the fall of 2004 and has since shared her
expertise with numerous retailers in the lower mainland.
12 years of solid interior design experience has given
Sanny the ability to share her expertise with clients in Canada, Hong
Kong and China. She has an innate ability to see space and utilize it
both aesthetically and efficiently, without the loss of consideration
for both human comfort and maximization of business potentials. Being
responsive to client needs, flexibility, being on time and on budget
characterizes Sanny- hence making her a valued member of our team. Email Sanny at

Natalie
Tan provides clients with the tools to excel in their
business. Over 20 years in specialty retailing and shopping centre
management has provided Natalie with the expertise to offer innovative
strategies to malls, retail shops and airport operators in maximizing
their revenues. Natalie currently teaches Merchandising and Display
Strategies at BCIT School of Business. She served as a member of Retail
BC's Board of Directors and is a regular contributor to its publication,
Retail Connections. She has been featured in Costco Connection and
several other American publications, and last year, she was a guest at
Vancouver's Breakfast TV. Natalie currently serves on the board of
